April 21, 2020 Update:

We are excited to announce that as of yesterday, April 20, 2020, Pennsylvania’s Governor Tom Wolf has approved ONLINE ONLY auto sales! There are, however, strict guidelines. We ask that you please contact a representative at the store to go through this process and make sure the guidelines are met! We appreciate your patience through this COVID-19 crisis and look forward to seeing our customers again!

We are continuing to monitor the guidelines presented by both the CDC as well as the Governor’s office. These updates and notifications come throughout the day and sometimes back to back. We ask for a little more patience as we do our best to make sure we are following these guidelines as best we can. We are still working with limited staff for the moment, so you may experience delays. We are also operating sales on an appointment-only basis and these will be spread out to minimize any risk to our customers as well as our employees.

This is still a very sensitive time and we want to do our best to respect that. We have updated our hours as you can see here.

  • Service Department: Monday through Friday 7:30 am – 5 pm and Saturday 8 am – 3 pm.
  • Sales Department: Monday through Saturday 10 am – 5 pm.

First and foremost, We understand the growing concern regarding the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) across our communities, and our hearts go out to all who have been affected.

We want you to know that we value the health and safety of our customers and staff. As a business, Springfield Hyundai is taking the extra steps necessary to maintain a healthy and sanitary workplace while still meeting our customers’ needs.

We continue to monitor information from state health authorities and the CDC for their guidance and recommendations on how we can help to prevent the spread of this virus as well as information provided by the Government in regards to closures.

Our steps include:

  • Thorough cleanings of all dealership facilities daily
  • Sanitizing gel and foam stations available on-site
  • Glass divisions at all interaction-points
  • Providing our staff with specific instructions on hand washing and the importance of staying home if they are not feeling well
  • Adhering to the recommended six feet of social distance from other staff and customers

We will be adjusting schedules and operations for some of our staff to ensure that we stay well and can continue serving our customers efficiently. These schedule adjustments should have minimal impact on our in-store operations:

  • Service Department are as follows: Monday through Friday 7:30 am – 5 pm and Saturday 8 am – 3 pm.
  • Sales Department are as follows: CLOSED until further notice. Check back for any updates.

Our website is a helpful resource for shopping and researching vehicles, finding service and parts information, and communicating directly with the dealership. We will also continue to offer vehicle pick-up and delivery services.
